Beliefs

We believe in the Trinity, God in Three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:16-17).

We believe that the Bible is the inerrant Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit (2 Timothy 3:16-17, James 1:25, John 17:17). It is the complete message from God to us and is to be studied (2 Timothy 2:15), understood (Ephesians 3: 3-4), obeyed (John 14:15), and defended (Jude 3).

We believe that God created the universe as described in Genesis 1 and that He created man in His own image (Genesis 1:26-27).

We believe that sin separated man from God (Genesis 3). No one inherits the sin of Adam solely because he is human; rather, the inclination of each individual is such that rebellion against God will surely occur (Romans 3:23). The sinful state will result in the individual's eternal destruction (Romans 6:23).

We believe that we are saved by the Grace of God (Ephesians 2:8). There is nothing that an individual can do to secure his or her salvation without the intervention of God. This intervention was affected by the sacrificial death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God (John 3:16-17).

We believe that the sacrifice of Jesus Christ allowed access to salvation to those who have a faith response to Him, according to the example recorded in the Holy Scriptures:

We believe that when we are saved, God adds us to His Church(Acts 2:47).

The church is the body of Christ( Ephesians 1:22-23) over which He serves as head (Colossians 1:18).

It was bought with the blood of His sacrifice (Acts 20:28).

The church is called to unity (Ephesians 4:4-6).
